If you communicate via e-mail with your Polish partners on a regular basis and you want your messages to be fully understood, we are here to translate all of your e-mail correspondence.

We will create for you an e-mail box and allocate you with a unique e-mail address, which you will use for all of your Polish correspondence. All the translated e-mails are kept on your e-mail box and you can access them anytime.

Your address would look like:
your_ID@stanley-translation.co.uk

If you need to contact your Polish partner just send the e-mail to your unique address, stating the target address. If we receive an e-mail from any of your Polish partners, we will translate it into English and send it to you. The whole process is automatic and you do not need to place an order each time that you use the service.
We reserve one hour to deal with 100 words, however usually all the correspondence is dealt within a couple of minutes.

You pay only for the amount of the words actually translated plus a fixed fee for each e-mail (either yours or your partner's). The charge is based on the number of words in the source e-mail (either English or Polish).

We will notify your partner of the fact you pay for the translation and ask them to keep their letters as short as possible
Price: £0.05 per word plus £0.50 per e-mail


Terms of payment:

• New clients: an up front charge of £30 is required. This can be done through any method of payment we accept.


• Established clients: you pay monthly, no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
